Yes. The shipping should be the highest shipping of a single item ordered plus $1.00 for each additional item.

Yes. Hold the CTRL key and press the plus sign (+) to make your text larger. You may press the keys more than once, and the text will keep getting bigger. The CTRL key and the minus sign (-) will make things smaller.
